Lucas, originally from Mercer County New Jersey, has called East Tennessee home since 2013. He has over 20 years of experience as an Inventory/Quality Assurance Manager for a German automotive manufacturer. In this demanding role, he developed a keen eye for detail, a systematic approach to identifying potential problems, and a commitment to meticulous analysis – skills that are directly applicable to providing thorough and insightful home inspections.
Driven by a passion for understanding how things work and a desire to help others, Lucas is dedicated to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices. He is committed to empowering his clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their home purchase.
When not inspecting homes, Lucas enjoys exploring the natural beauty of East Tennessee with his family and tending to their 18-acre homestead.
